Clone a game script

I want a script with all features (including Admin and Ads management) of gamescript.net. Plus the following: - Upload of videos can be enabled/disabled from the Admin Panel. - CSS and XHTML Validated - Integrated with phpBB - Layout design similar to [login to view URL] - Use of templates (similar to phpBB) - Use of phpBB Private Messaging - When user sign up they sign up to phpBB. - All profile reference from the script points to the phpBB profile. - Can use phpBBFetchAll for other integration I would like to have exclusive ownership of the script and need to have a Service Level Agreement signed. Would prefer US based developer.
