Build website on JOOMLA using resources from OLD website

website : [[url removed, login to view]][1] needs to be improved. Code has to be cleaned and centered same content just? change , improvement to overal lookout and optimization for SEO, keywords etc. I want to make all on top of JOOMLA with similar outlook and same content but bettel looking and easier to manage.

I need this to be? 1024x768 compatible centered with 2? ? side columns? Header and footer.? Website contains php includes so it easy to manipulate these files seperately? .

There is approximately 8 subpages

So this project is to? implement Joomla into this website.

Website is in POLISH language but it does not matter because you don't have to change content.

I would like to see better? top menu and buttons, side menu, consistent fonts. SCALABLE FONTS? page will be later transalted to 4 other languages later .

IMPORTANT: ? please keep similar? color patterns for column and white Background as on the main page.
