I need help to finish my site. I have had 2 separate developers from India work on this project and both have failed me so I will not hire anyone from outside the USA. Sorry but I have already wasted over 1 year and I cannot waste any more time. My site is coded in php using codeigniter framework and uses the twilio api. We do have lots of bugs to be worked out with the site including but not limited to things described in the attached file. Mainly we need someone to test the site and each feature and find and fix bugs in the coding which can be hard to find. I want to make that clear. We need to make sure that the text message and minutes are deducted as they are used and are refilled with each monthly rebill. The site is 90% complete and most features work fine, but we need to fix the bugs and make the overall flow of the site easier to understand and navigate for the average user. Once again I will only hire freelancers from the US. I will not even consider anyone from India so do not bid if you are from India.

We could certainly fix all the issues you have with your website and enhance it so it would work flawlessly. Since normally it is hard to say from the first glance how long it would take - we charge such projects on hourly basis ($30 per hour). However, if you provide me with a full list of modifications (or a specifications document) to be implemented, we could give you an estimation. (An access to admin panel can be of great help too!)
