Basic website page tracking script with email notification.

Hello, We would like to get a basic simple script developed to insert on our main page or HTML Body, that would notify us (or whoever’s email is setup to receive the information) by email as soon as a webpage is clicked. We would like it to send an email stating the IP address, Host name, Server signature, Remote host, date, time and any contact information available. (email/Phone number) Information like this, more information can be added if you can. We have a Joomla site we would like to add it to along with a couple HTML/PHP sites. So we would like it to work with all of them. This will help us reverse track the IP number and notify the hosting company that this person is spamming. Please let me know if you can do a basic script like this. Our budget is tiny, so bid accordingly. I have seen freeware script like this but we would like to get it made up and working for us the way we want it. Thanks, Greg
