Basic betting website

This is a basic project to turn a set of 'excel formula' into something that can be entered in a single webpage.
The basic requirements are for a one page website with:
1) user registration and login
2) live feed of betting odds from [login to view URL]
3) Placing 'theoretical' stake on a bet with a different set of options to the user based on the excel spreadsheet.
4) There are a couple of additional buttons needed, like 'add bet' etc but I can explain these separately - they will be simple add ons.
I'm not hugely interested in design at this stage, but if you are able to mirror some of the asthetics of [login to view URL] then that would be a great start.
Please provide both your hourly rate quote, your application idea (what you would use for this project) and the estimated number of hours this should take you.
