We have purchased a yearly subscription for a Digital page turning application. This is to be used as our primary means of disseminating our online newspaper information and articles. However, we need a website to handle other types of information relating to the newspaper. we need a FULL CONTENT MANAGEMENT program to update the [login to view URL] have a good behind the scenes system for updating text, pictures, articles onto the site without having to edit code (back office manager) We will be incorporating a digital page turn and need to have a comprehensive website developed with an off line version of the newspaper. The site will need programming as we will be need some customization. Successful person to be able to work with others as we may have certain features developed and need them included. Website to be installed on servers by successful candidate and properly commissioned. The website we are asking you to bid on will include the following elements, but are not limited to the elements listed below: 1. Need an elaborate email address system to receive email from subscribers and to have it customized for sending out emails based on writers, etc... Newsletter type thing but fully automated 15. Need site fully optimized for most search engines. 19. We require suggestions of what you will use to program site for speed, functionality, across most web browsers on Windows, Apple, Linux, etc., and mobile devices. 20.
