I'm looking for scripts that is supported cross browsers (Microsoft IE, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox) can be placed in the beginning of the php/html page, then another script that can be placed at the end of the bottom/end of the page that will do the desired functions:
When the page loads, it will pause for a minimum of 5 seconds, then will start a steady scrolling effect. When the scrolling get's to the bottom of the page, it will stop and pause for a minimum of 5 seconds, then force a page refresh.
The page's length is dynamic, so the scrolling effect should not have a timer attached to it. The "pause" in the beginning and the end should be adjustable in the code.
The existing code (see below) i'm using works well only with IE only:
