We have a working 1st-draft admin console built using html, .css, jQuery and jQuery-ui, but it needs some UI refinement and the underlying front-end code needs to be brought up to production standard.
We are looking for someone with design/UI experience to make it look better, and also make the code more efficient and robust.
## Deliverables
Our customers need to see a range of metrics via charts and graphs (which we have already prepared) and be able to take a range of administrative actions (most of which we have also coded). These various graphs, reports, and web-based tools need to be arranged into a good-looking and efficient web-based admin console.
We've created a prototype of this, but we are not UI people, nor are we web developers. We need someone who IS a web developer and has a good design eye to go through the prototype code, changing designs to make it more attractive, tidying up the code, and extending it in slight ways. The deliverable would be a set of html docs (with associated css and javascript files) that we can then take and plug into our backend database sources and wrap in our our jsp scripts as appropriate.
In the prototype there are 5 main pages to the admin console, (one of which is very simple). There will also be two pages that correspond to stand-alone new pages that are opened by other parts of the admin console.
We have already got all the graphs and tables, etc, and will keep ownership of all back-end DB work, etc. We just want a good-looking, efficient and cleanly-coded html front end for all this back-end stuff...
