day time saving change

The US is changing the days for day time saving hours starting this year. It starts in March rather than April. Fedora Linux has developed patches for that. I need someone to install the patches for me. I have one Fedora 2 and one Fedora 3 box. Please you must know what you are doing, meaning you've done this before if you are a sys admin for any US corporation. It will take you no time if you've done this before. Please show me your knowledge so that I know you know what you are talking about. You will do it one my test server first, and then my prod one after my testing. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
