Create Java GUI from jpeg outline *repost*

In the zip file are 2 jpegs showing the splash screen and the GUI. The other 2 files are their photoshop equivalents (psd format). I need a GUI created for a Java app that matches the images as closely as possible. Create the files so the splash screen is shown for 3 seconds (or there abouts) and then the gui loads. It doesnt need to do anything, but all the menues have to exist (give them arbitrary content, eg. the file menu should contain new, open, save - just something in each one so I can easily edit it later). The buttons dont have to do anything (except maybe the Exit button). The central white box must be capable of taking text content only and scrolling down - the idea is that another method will feed this box with content which will force the box to scroll down. It can be editable or a label, as long as it's capable of taking real time content with a white background and a scroll bar. Lastly, the button below the box (Stop recording) must look as close to the button in my image as possible, and must be of a type that can be swapped - what I mean is when the program is recording it looks as it does in the image, but when stopped it changes to a green button of the same layout that says start recording and has different code. Apart from that - make it as close as you can (save possibly for the scroll bars which only look that way because I copied them from a mac) - good style is essential. Thanks for reading. N.B.
