Bookmark integration and bookmarklet creation for exisiting site

We need someone to create a very simple addition to our already large site that is under development. Basically users must be able to post bookmarks to our site. The database work,etc. is all setup in regards to categories and subcategories. The bookmarks must also show up in search results. The possible difficult task is the creation of a bookmarklet like delicious. See the following link:
