Clean Up My Code - Convert All Code to CSS

I want it to be written without tables - in span and div tags. I WANT CLEAN CODE!!! It must work in all major browsers. I will have to see samples of your work. Please include links for me to visit. I also will need the the "tellafriend" page/form working. Last, I'll need some rss feeds plugged into 1 of the pages and you will have to make it simple enough I can plug them in at a later date. I may be willing to pay extra if you can write a simple interface for me to upload rss feeds. I will want it to upload the article title and the first 4 lines of text of the article. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
