customize wordpress template

Project Description: I need some urgent changes made to a themeforest template ([login to view URL]). The template has been purchased and installed. I need the following added/changed/set-up. 1 - Please add spanish english option (see screenshot for spanish flag)... 2 - homepage - make the two featured project images change at different times (currently they both change at the same time) 3 - about us page ... (see screenshot) please set-up the content pages to look like screenshot (i.e. the content pages need to display a logo and background image, and the solid color background needs to sit on top of the background image (so you can still see the background image around the edges. Please note: I would still like the page transition to work (i.e. the page "flips" into view). 4 - Do the same for the other content pages (screenshots attached). The content pages are: about us, contact, portfolio and services 5 - Ability for each content page to have a different background image? You will need to be experienced in wordpress themes customization. Assuming that this will be a quick job for a pro! Looking to award immediately
