Custom Blog page and work on menu and contact form

Please make it work on my website. JoseVilla is also my website and i can provide you access to it so that you can look around and make the menu work. I tried to do it myself but unsuccessful. I think it just needs minor adjustment. Also, David Blas Does not need Blog link on the left or search bar on the right. Also does not need the Black Transparent frame. All you need to do is make it slide.

Need 3 rows by 13 columns for total 39 blogs per page, and all the links, page links, copyright and back to top link as shown. Also, as you can see on attachment [login to view URL], on mouseover, blog title slides up with transparent frame with date. same as [login to view URL]
Individual blog post needs to look exactly like Juncha: [login to view URL]
as you can see:
1. slideshow at the top
2. image number/count below
3. full screen option. (you can use swipebox that is already installed) [login to view URL]
4. blog title and date. (do not need "SUBSCRIBE", "FACEBOOK" "TWITTER" "INSTAGRAM" on the right.
5. Tags, facebook like
6. related posts by tags.

Contact page should be easy. Just need to align to left and add the "contact information" column. Also make sure captcha works.
Also, davidblas needs to be Times New Roman font on the entire website. There might also be extra work or few small modifications needed on other areas of the website. Or maybe not. If there is extra work, it will be discussed and paid by extra tip money.
Also looking for long term partner. I have a lot of work like this.
