Create a fully responsive Wordpress Theme. Images must be declared correctly with their right-owners. Rights must be OK for the provided graphics.
Integrate the following Features:
- Drag and Drop Layout Manager
- Contact Form Builder
- Full localization (.po/.mo files) ([login to view URL])
- Image-Slider
- Configure Colors, Fonts (Web-Fonts), Footer
- 2 Menüs
- 100% WooCommerce compatible
- score at least a 90 at [login to view URL]
- Use SEO relevant Tags as h1, h2, h3, header..
- Enable it for Shortcodes and lists them in a readme file
settings must be available at least for
- on/off comments
- on/off sidebar
- footer: show wordpress link on/off , show Theme-link: on/off
- google analytics code
- adsense integration on/off

Wordpress 4 must be supported
All rights must be transferred to me (except for the GPL/GNU components)

There is no design/psd yet, it is your part to provide the layout completly.
All Banners, Buttons, etc must be provided as PSD File.
