Create a redirect mod for IPB 3

I run an IPB site and I need someone to create a quick mod that will do the following:

1) Member logins

2) Once logged in, he or she gets redirected to their own "Profile Feed"

That's all. I need someone to do this mighty quick and no, I will not give you access to the site. Simply create it or walk me through it.
