We need to replicate a WordPress website without any access to the administrative interface. The project has two phases: 1. Creating a WordPress theme based on an existing WordPress theme in use on a web site that we have no administrative access to. 2. Copying the data from the old web site to the new web site (including text, images, etc.). You may bid on Phase 1, Phase 2, or both. The website is relatively small. There are 5 primary pages with a handful of child pages. We do not have an exact page count. There is a blog (very simple entries) with perhaps 25 entries, which is one of the parts of the web site.
