Create a Wordpress Template from PSD (in ~48 hours)

I am looking to hire a Wordpress superstar who can create a wordpress theme for me from PSD. The theme is for a Consultation Business and relatively simple. Like any wordpress theme it has only few unique designs: 1. Home Page Layout ([login to view URL]) - Navigation with Child Menus (has to be manageable from wp-admin) - Big Sliding Banner on Top. Text overlay on Banner. (Has to be manageable from wp-admin). Text overlay on Banner - Recent blog entires. (Showing last 3 recent entries) - Standard Footer 2. Content Page ([login to view URL]) - Each page has it's own header image & text overlay (Fixed, Non sliding). The header images for each content pages needs to be Manageable. - The main body of the content is 2 column and one of the column is basically the navigation for the content and the other column is the actual content. Example of About Us page: Who We are Mission Statement Vision Statement Why should you hire us So clicking on each of this will bring out the right content on about us page. 3. Blog - Just like a typical blog Requirements: 1. I am looking for someone who is able to take these 3 PSDs and create the wordpress template for me. 2. I have all the content written in MS Word format. You will also need to put it up in the site. 3. Make sure your CSS skills are good so that the site looks good in all major browsers and devices. And also its possible to update the content in the future without running into formatting issue. 4. You are able to deliver within 48 hours.
