Basic Drupal 7 website (front page).

I'm looking for someone that can make a basic Drupal 7 (preferably omega theme based) website (this is a simple basic website as start and a test, first page only with navigation bar). You job is to adapt the (omega) theme and make the first page (layout and CSS). Content for the first page is provided as text (only one tekst block). Example layout is provided (is available on request). Work is preferably to be done of our servers (Drupal 7 and the omega theme is already installed, IP address and access will be provided on acceptance of the job), or on your server and be transferred afterwords. The layout has to have: - Horizontal branding block on top which contains and image with the logo in (we provide the image and logo). - Horizontal navigation bar with 8 navigation items (navigation text, font and color is defined, no graphics in menu). One navigation entry has 4 sub-navigation items. - Left Sidebar that contains contact info, and a Facebook block. - Central text block (no graphics). - Footer block Fluent communication is required (in English via Skype and e-mail). When collaboration is to our requirements, further projects or extensions are possible. Examples and or references of your previous work are welcome.
