This is for help with a homework project.

The project is 99% completed and I need some help with the finishing touches.

Please see attachment for FULL details.

Basically we are given a 16 X 16 greyscale block of pixels to compress as jpeg and decompress. User can input quality from 2 - 12.

Quantization table formula given in attachment.

Use Huffamn tables for entropy encoding.

For each quality setting of 2 - 12 I must present:

- the original 16 x 16 block

- block after shifting

- block after FDCT

- quantization table

- block after quantization

- intermediate sequence of symbols

- compressed image in the form of binary sequence

- block after dequantization

- decompressed block

- compression ratio

- bits/pixel for compressed image

- mean square error

- PSNR diagram as function of bits/pixel

- PSNR diagram as function of compression ratio

Please only bid if you are familiar with this! I have a program that is mostly complete and need help quickly. Thank you all!

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
