Daycare Website(repost)

Looking for someone to come up with a design for a new website. The site is for a daycare. I will be using the following DVR for my daycare site and would like to embed the Java applet within the website template. Attached you will find the documentation on the Cameras. A code example to embed within the site.

the current Grayson Artwork is attached. The Books with the children on them is the logo. Would like the logo to be just the Blue Books with Children and the Words Grayson [login to view URL] background color

I will need to be able to stream live webcams to the website, if thats how it works. I will need to be able to have multiple users login and view different cameras based on the camera that is in their childs room. Is this impossible to have integrated into the site?
