Create a Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game

I'm looking for a FULL solution (including Idea developing, Design & Coding) for Web Based Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game. I specially like the whole concept of War games simular to [login to view URL] <[login to view URL]> [login to view URL] The site itself has to have a fresh concept (not 1:1 clone of those sites) and should have alot of "Upgrade" options just as those have (pay to get more rounds, pay to upgrade, buy more items, maybe free market to buy and sell items picked up from combats or found during the game) Due to the nature of this project, it will be a long turm project and i'll take you for (paid ofcourse) follow-ups updates and changes. coder / group **_MUST_** have previuse feedback.
