Create Historical & Education Product Line on Cds from public domain sources

Greetings I am looking for a developer to create a product line similar to that of the following websites: <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> Project requires minimal research as most of the content comes from the American Memory Library of Congress Website at <[login to view URL]> The content consists of images, writings, and other various forms of public domain/expired copyright media. Product line does not have to be as extensive as the above sites. Im looking for a base product line to start off with & would be open to working with the developer for additional compilations if the work is satisfactory. The task is not too complicated as all the content is available online. The project consists mostly of retrieving the data and placing them on cdr's. The content should be easily browsable on the cds. Formats in which the content can be organized are slideshows,ebooks, screensaver, and or manual browsing. A fancy interface is not necessary. Id like the contents of the cds to be easily viewable without bells and whistles. However once produced, the interface and style of the cd requires that I will be the copyright owner of this portion of the cds. The content cannot be compressed or zipped. The highest resolution of available images is needed. Some of the data for each topic may require more than one cd which is not a problem. This project does not require a design for the face of the cd's. The project only pertains to the content to be delivered on cd-r. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All versions of Windows.
