Create/Design Website (1186584)

I need help creating and designing my website. It will be mainly for information about what I do and the areas I cover. This is a Field Service website that I want some sort of form to send to me, if a company wants me to do an inspection for them. I’m pretty sure that this is a Joomla website <[login to view URL]> The layout of that website is what I had in mind. Real simple. I don’t know where to get the template. I would want to replace the center photo with a map I made, or maybe you can make one better, of Texas and Oklahoma, with the middle part circled in red, showing the area I work in. I'll show you what I came up with. I would want to replace their logo with one that I need created. I have an idea, but can only draw it on paper. And of course a few other changes. I would want to replace their other photos with my own photos. I would need help making a page that shows the zip codes I work in. Once it is all set up, I need you to show me how it all works. There is not going to be anything to buy on my website. I need to make it so search engines pick up certain words for mortgage field inspections. Or at least guided in that direction. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
