Build a Website

We are looking to launch a website that companies and schools would subscribe to and in return get a unique password/ license to have access. Once subscribed and paid for their membership they (the customer) would then be able to log in every day and have access to a new 5 minute exercise video which they will follow as a group. We'd need to be able to upload the videos in a single file format to save time but would want the video to be compatible with all devices- meaning we'd need a back office log in that we can upload videos via and that then converts the video into a file compatible with all devices. The video would then only be able to be viewed on a given date and after that date the link wouldn't work as each day they will be provided a new 5 minute exercise video. The videos would then repeat the next year if if we desired. So to sumarise the website would be quite simple, but there would be a lot of back office development to ensure customers can subscribe, pay (links to merchant account) and we have access to upload and convert video files. Design would be simple- something like; 1) Homepage with some info on it, member log in box and subscribe link/ section which would take you to the subscribe page 2) Member log in page which just states the date and has the video sitting there ready to play 3) About us 4) Contact us 5) Who's it for 6) Subscribe I understand that ti isn't an 'out of the box' website and will take greater amounts of back office coding and hope you can help!
