I would like someone to build me a social networking site with a theme of Sports. This site would contain general social networking features however it would also be heavy on videos as well. Users should be able to upload videos and be able to stream other people's videos. You also need to add age gate on the videos. The site would be free however to have access to some premium videos there should be a subscription system so integration with Paypal, as well as Chase Paymentech is very important (Please have experience with Paymentech). The site should also have web services (API) that would distribute certain types of information to 3rd party clients (web + mobile).
