Booking System Remake

I have a custom plug in for WORDPRESS, its a booking that I need to fix some additional parts to it, it has a booking steps on front end and a administration in the the back end where the customers booking info is stored. What I need to be done is following. 1. Front End, Make todays date shadowed like in the attached picture all the time, but the chosen date for booking to be in dark blue. 2. Front End, To only be able to book the 3d day from todays date (example. today is 2014-01-11, the first booking day that works to book is 2014-01-14). 3. Front End, After chosing the booking button a popup appears for customer to add his information, need to add a Message window in the popup for the customer to add a message if he needs. This message needs to be stored in the back office together with the booking information. 4. Back Office, Add booking date in the back office, now only shows booking date when the customer wants the service to be done, but also needs to show what date he made the booking. 5. Back Office, Add a calendar in the back office, that shows which days have booking with a shadowed color. 5.1 When you click on that day, it should show service time (2 time every day available). 5.2 Should show the client booking info 5.3 Show which of our staff will take this service, the staffs name. 6. Back Office, add staff member list with name/address/phone to be able to add them in the calendar on customer dates, to show which staff will serve which customer. 7. Front End, In the confirmation email that goes out to the customer after the booking, to add our information and also the date and time of the service day that the customer booked. 8. Back Office, To make that an email reminder sends out to the customer 24h before the service will be done, option to enable/disable this feature for every customer. 9. Front End, there is a roll out steps to choose from, there is a hour price for some steps, I want to be able to edit these steps, right now its not editable, just source coded. 10. Make the whole booking system a widget, right now its a plugin. Please bid if you are an expert in wordpress and can make all these futures. I want everything done with 100%. You make this on our server or your server, milestone is released after the project is finished.
