Hi bidders, The bidder we are looking for: First of all you should be a good, imaginative and creative graphic designer in Flash with samples to show. Bid with samples, if we like the samples we will give you either entirely new design to do or makeover the existing samples with improvements or changes. What needs to be done: We need a flash banner for our official website. ? The flash banner should have minimum animation but maximum appeal. ? The colors used should be pleasant and eye-catching. ? The company name needs to be embedded in the banner with animation for some of the keywords that we will provide. How we intent to do this project: 1. The prospective bidder will bid with samples 2. We will select the bidder who provides sample we like. 3. Once we have selected the bidder we will tell you whether we intend to do a fresh development for us or if we want you to makeover an existing sample that you provided. ? In either case the amount we pay will be same. 4. You will be given two chances to satisfy us. 5. Once we have approved your work. ? We will accept the completeness of the project. 6. The size of the banner should be 800px X 200px. Timeline: Once the bidder is selected we will provide 3 days to show us the output. ? If we like the output we might ask you for some changes, otherwise you can show us another output in 1 day. ? If the second chance fails the project will go to another bidder. ? If we like the work it will accepted immediately and a rating of 10 will be provided. ? We will use the bidder continously in future. ? The maximum number of days for this project is 5 days.
