Club Flash/Swish Graphic Needed

I currently have two Swish files already designed for my new website. However, they need a fresh, hip experienced designers touch. Please see attached zip. I am also in need of a cool, fresh, hip, fast downloading flash intro. Swish Changes: The text in the nav bar piece seems to be blurry. Not sure why... But I what it to be crisp and clean. I also wouldn't mind having spiced up animation for the rollovers... The animation is a bit dull. For the plasma TV animation, here's what I am looking for.... Right now the plasma TV does nothing but make a blue static image appear like liquid. Since this is a club site, I want it to be fresh and 'clublike' instead of space age-like. The club this is being designed for is modern, clean and hip. I want the TV to appear as if it's changing channels and have some quick animation as if you were in the club. People dancing, lights, drama. Nothing too heavy to keep downloading down to a minimum and nothing too annoying. Just something that simulates a club-like feel. I also would like the attached logo to appear in the TV at some point. Flash Intro: I want this to be clean, no real bitmap images. It can be urban in style and short and sweet. If the text in the animation can be dynamic (read from a text file) that would be fantastic! No cheesy animation please. If the animation could showcase mostly men, that would fantastic. Text could include: Northern New England's Best Sound and Lights.. With Top DJ's!! Dance Nightly at 9PM! Ogunquit's Entertainment Complex Maybe some more later too….
