CUSTOMIZE FLYERS

I am having a website created where real estate agents can get free flyers made. I want a solution where they can enter the text and upload graphics for the flyer so they will be personalized. A GRAPHIC INTERFACE ON THIS WEBSITE IS WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR. [login to view URL] click on a flyer click on download. You will see that it will send you a zip file with the jpg, pdf, and psd in the zip. I want to create an automated system including a webpage to custom each one of the flyers. This is so the user can customize it themselves and then it will save it out in the same way that this is delivered in ZIP. This solution will be added onto the website and must be of professional quality and match the theme/color of the website.
