Build website with existing template

Hi I want a website for my company, I have chosen a ready to go template for this project. You can find it at templatemonster.com. The item number is 14615. Baically what i want you to do is to 1 Take away some flash effects from it. 2 Add some features to it. 3 Throw in my text and pictures. **1 Flash effects ** A. I want the music removed, not just the sound but the player in the right upper field. B. When you enter the site, the flash intro "rolls up" an enter button. when you press that button, the menu rolls up. I want the menu to roll up directly. C. When you hold your mose in front of the different menu options there are "laser like" effects, i want this to be removed. I want the button to be read emmidietly. D. When you go from "about us" to "contact us" there are grey "brics" that sweeps the old info away before the new? one shows. I want you to take away the sweeping and letting the new info bump up directly. **2 Add some features to it** [login to view URL] the menu, thier will be one option, jobs, there we will post all our availeble jobs, we want a simple admin for this so that we can post new jobs easy our selves. we want the jobs to be listed with headlines. when you press the headline a new window with the jobdescription will appear, but not a new web browser, just a new "customized" window with its own designed roller. B. In the menu another option is "send your CV" there we want fields that the applicant can write his name, adress, phone number, email and personal letter and also attach a CV file. This project shouldnt take more than a day to finish, we want the new website to be for display preferably on monday, but tuesday or wednesday will due to, If you do not agree with me regarding the time for the project, please let me know how long you will need.
