Build Flash user interface

Hello We are looking for an advanced flash programmer to help us with a flash project for our site We are going to be offering visitors to be able to register on the site and customize their dog and save it as their profile. I have attached some swf files to show the interface of how a user will customize their dog. they can change the dog color, clothes and background etc. If you visit the site [login to view URL] and also register you will see a user area where you can customize your monster and save it as your profile. We are looking to make something very similar. All of the graphics and visuals have been created, You will only be responsible for coding the interface area.
