Artwork and Web Design for New Search Engine

I am looking for artwork to create professional quality promotional materials for services offered on my site. I do many misc things but one of my primary things is a basic search engine that currently looks merely average, and I also will be offering anonymous web surfing very soon, so that service could really use some slick adverts to help me promote it. The things I really may need could be as simple as just the right icons, buttons, and color scheme, font, small things really, because I do not want needless flare for the sake of it. Maybe all I need is just better formatting of what I already have, and not really much 'art' work. I want a very elegant and tasteful site in design with as few images as possible. No frames. Nothing can rely on javascript. No templates, because I swear I've already seen ten thousand nice templates but they all look like templates. So it must be original. As far as the anonymous service, here is a product I like and I know it will sound weird and unrelated, but these products all look so slick in the supermarket and are so eye-catching - laundry detergents. That's right, like Tide. As far as my search engine, well, that by nature doesn't really need much art work, and in fact less is best, but any ideas are welcomed. So you know a little about my taste, I also like artwork like what you would see from and Windows product. Like XP icons all look very bright, and simple, but they are professional looking. So I'm sure I'd like anything done if it looked as if it came from Miccrosoft because that style is very attractive to me. Nothing is too wild, and it just looks well done.
