Appraisal Site II

Project Proposal: A web site that projects professionalism and class is required. It is for an appraiser's company. The company appraises real estate and other companies. The style of the following two sites should be used as a starting point: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Flash or motion OK but not required. Houses should be used in the site template in some way. If you need images, let us know and we can provide some. There will be four steps to the design process. [login to view URL] will be required to create a mockup for the template first. 2. After this is approved, the HTML or Flash template should be finished and approved by us. [login to view URL], content will be provided which will be filled into the template. 4. Minor corrections and changes will be made. The site will have between 4 pages. Each page should have a unique graphic along the appraisal/business theme: Architecture, houses, land, plans, blueprints, business, phone, ect. CSS, and includes should be used. The pages should have a .php extension. Twenty dollar bonus if you can finish the template in a week. A list of URLs of work you have done is required. Copyright, PSDs, and HTML that works in Netscape, IE, and with all variations of font sizes selected are required. We are posting a nearly identical bid as well, this site containing fewer pages. You are encouraged to bid on both. If we like your work on this site, we will probably employ you for future projects. Four other sites are scheduled for production. Questions welcome.
