Ajax, PHP Datagrid and dynamic report

I need a simple application (php + Mysql+ ajax) to compute some parameters ( based on some numbers introduced by users) and generate a nice looking report and some eye catching charts(Ajax or Flash). The thing is that the content of the report that must be generated will be dependable on some conditions defined in Admin( test one or two parameters calculated and if it validates a specified condition( >, <, = ) display a predefined text) The input cells , the source data for charts and formulas through which we’ll get the parameters will be provided but I have to be able to edit the “conditions?? . That means add/edit new tests, write the texts that will appear when the conditions are validated. Ex; if “cell ab?? < “cell xy?? and “cell tg?? <1 then show “bla…..bla?? There will be 4 input tables (aprox 6 columns and 20 rows) and 5 results tables ( the same dimensions). I am interested in a clean code, good functionality (speed) and nice design. More details will be provided to qualified bidder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform web based
