**Request: Adult Content Website ** Am looking to establish an adult content website that allows visitors to: (1) Visit and view, free of charge, no more than 20 pictures. Note - At this time, the site will not have a private "pay per view" section available to visitors but this is a consideration in the future. (2) Select from a text index of 100 other adult content websites. Note - All such links should open in their own window. (3) View banner advertising positioned along the left and bottom margins. Note - All banners ads will be linked to other participating adult themed sites, adult product sites (See "e" below) or adult dating sites. All banner ads will open in their own windows. (4) Click to access content pages which sell adult products such as condoms, oils, books etc., **Design ** (1) The name for this site is yet to be decided. Once a name has been finalized, logo design will be required. (2) A color theme has not been finalized but preferences include colors of ruby red and black. **Other **(1) Images for the site should contain pictures of beautiful women in suggestive poses. Note - The way in which women are portrayed on this site is very important. Frontal nudity is ok. No "crotch" shots will be accepted nor will any hardcore images, ie. bondage; S&M etc., (2) Associated with this bid request is another bid request (to be posted later today) for a dating site related to this one. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform (1) This site implentation will be managed within a content management sytem. Preference is for a public navigation bar that is text-based and positioned horizontally under the main banner. (2) This site will be constructed using .html and ASP.NET. (3) ASP solutions will not be accepted. (4) Flash design is welcome but only has embedded within the site design.
