community e commerce site needed

I need a web site developed for large scale ecommerce. I have no experience so bear with me. this is an ecommerce site where customers can purchase from multiple sources, sort of like ebay but without auctions and dedicated to one market. I would like to be able to have stores register and sell their products through this site, be able to send quotes for item requests, trade from dealer to dealer, have an integrated shipping calculator dependent on destination and point of sale. if interested email me and we can discuss particulars. More info...market specific and tailored to independent bicycle dealers wourldwide.
