C# Windows Form Application

This project involves creating a Windows Forms Application use C#. This application is not to large, about 15 screens or something. In addition, we will be providing a Data Access Layer so the developer will not have to do any database work at all. This should significatly speed up development of the application. The attached .zip file contains four files: 1. Rockwell Vibration Field Software - [login to view URL] This document describes the software that is to be created. 2. Rockwell Vibration Field Software - Low Level [login to view URL] This document goes into a little more design details on each of the screens, and discuss which DAL classes the screen should use. It also specifies a few other design notes that must be followed when developing the solution. 3. Vibration Data Access Layer Low Level [login to view URL] This describes the Data Access Layer. NOTE: The winning bidder will NOT be coding this DAL at all. The DAL is just about complete and will be provided at the time the bid is approved. 4. Rockwell Vibration Software Prototype [login to view URL] This is a mockup that we created to demo the software. Feel free to install it and run through it to get an idea of how the software should work. (You will need the .Net framework 1.1 installed to run this) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2000, Windows XP
