Designer/Programer Needed

I'm currently looking for an experienced and talented designer/programmer to join my team on an ongoing basis. I run an Internet Marketing company, and have many different sites that I need help managing, maintaining and growing. I am looking for an individual, and so teams, organizations, and businesses should NOT apply. This bid is for one week's work totaling 40 hours. If this week is successful then the arrangement will become permanent and you will work with me full time on an ongoing basis. When bidding please supply links to at least 3 sites that you have personally designed. This is very important, and only bid if you can produce links showing such designs. VERY IMPORTANT: When submitting sample links please indicate how long each site would take you to design by yourself from the start of the process to completion. This is extremely important, and if you do not explain how many hours each sites would take to design then your bid will not be considered. If all goes well, the successful candidate will be working with me on an ongoing basis for many months and hopefully years. You must be able to commit to work exclusively for my business, and you must be able and willing to communicate via Skype, IM, and email. You will be working 8 hours per day, and you must be online and available between 10am GMT and 7pm GMT, although this is flexible. You must have excellent communication skills, and good spoken and written English is an advantage. If you have commercial or marketing experience then this is a bonus, and please supply details via PMB alongside your samples. You must be comfortable dealing with other members of my team, as you will also be taking some direction from them also. I'm looking for someone proactive and who can solve issues as they arise. Do NOT apply if you're looking for an easy ride. This work will often be difficult, but I will reward you well as my company expands. ## Deliverables 1) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Sample list of the tasks: - new site graphics - creating banners - building new sites - script installations - updating sites/ fixing problems - monitoring the sites and pro actively fixing any issues (broken links, erros etc) - installing popups - formatting html and creating blogs - sorting out dlguard, paypal buttons and download links/pages - creating and managing affiliate programs using given scripts - seo and html optimization - php programming You must be a proficient PHP programmer and comfortable developing new scripts and software. You must be experienced with (x)html and CSS and you must also know how to modify a site for good SEO. I need someone who is proactive and who can spot and fix problems as they occur. Candidates should have excellent design sites, and be able to create stunning output in a variety of different formats. I need someone who is able to design wordpress blogs, ebooks covers, simple html sites, and complex database driven sites.
