Design Elements For Website

Use the copy supplied on the site and convert it into a site with a creative flair. Use imagery associated with media events, conferences, microphones, and tables.
Design Requirements:
**I. ALL PAGES:**
_**Color scheme**
_The overall main color scheme is to be red, black, and light gray.
**_Top Red Border_
**Keep the red border, logo, and image that are there. Change the following:
**_Logo
_**Make the color of the logo match the red border, which is #cc0000.
**_Image of Manhattan_**
1. Remove the white border from around the image.
2. Remove the words “BadWyn Communications?? from the image.
3. Under the image, on the red border, put:
BadWyn Communications
Public Relations and Event Planning
**_Navigation
_**Create web navigation buttons that are located along the left side of each page.
**_Font
_**Use Tahoma, then Arial, then Verdana in a CSS file.
**II. INDEX PAGE ONLY:**
_**Today’s Life-ism**
_1. Make the Life-ism’s display in a decorative box.

2. I created a JavaScript array that has 18 quotations to randomly display when the index page is displayed. It is not displaying. Please fix it up and make the random quotation display in the decorative box.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
