Design a DataBase Management System. I will give you the Data Dictionary, Information about the system. You Build on top of the information I give you. What i need from you: * Implement a DBMS The DBMS has to be created in MS-Access. * Program Documentation (this documentation guides programmers, who construct modules that are well supported by internal and external comments and descriptions that can be understood and maintained easily.) Describes the inputs, outputs, and processing logic for all program modules. * System Documentation Describes the system's functions and how they are implemented. (includes Data dictionary entries, data flow diagrams, object models, screen layouts, source documents, and the systems request that initiated the project.) * User Documentation (User Manual) consists of instructions and information to users who will interact with the system and includes user manuals,and tutorials.( help screens is optional) * Instruction Manual (Operations documentation) Contains all the information needed for processing and distributing printed output. * Show the ERD Diagram Dues date Saturday April 17, 2004 12pm can you do this? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
