Customer Database Software Req

I need to create a customer database piece of software. its a simple piece of software that reqs a little programming.

I already have a source code of a php version that needs amending.

I need to make it an offline software that can be used by user on their [url removed, login to view] changes I need are the following:

1 - All the currency needs to be in UK £

2- It needs an additoional area to input customers date of birth

3- It needs an additional area that allows you to input upto 10 names and email addresses of 10 clients under one customer

4- It needs to be able to send out a standard email reminder when the dates are due 3,5,10 days before (user to select)

5-It needs to have a section where a user can compile a sales letter then mail merge it (like ms word function) with all the addresses and names in the database

6- It needs to have a section where a user can compile an email and send it out via their outlook service to the email addresses in their database

7 - It needs to be able to expo all the reports into excel for user analysis.

These are simple changes to a good piece of online software.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

prefer it to be in Delphi, but open to suggestions, BUT must be a stand alone programme (ie no additional frameworks etc for user to install - like .net for example)
