Create small directory site

I need help to create a directory site featuring info on AJAX / WEB 2.0/ RIA. This should be a fun project. Deliverables including evaluating top CMS suites and installing one package on my server. My evaluation criteria. 1. Should be easy to admin including features below 2. Strong developer support 3. Lots of add in modules avail. 4. Include surveys, 5. Forums, 6. RSS news feeds. 7. Should be easy to add a script library or catalog. 8. Should be easy to add job or ad postings 9. Wiki modules will be great. 2nd phase is too fill out content. I will provide list of websites content sources. 1. Directory to AJAX / Actionscript libraries 2. Links to Test Demos of libraries 3. Links to scripts 4. News feeds from RSS news source and blogs 5. Commercial products I believe 100-200 links will be added. I will help with this task so it would be too bad. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux , PHP, mySQL
