Looking for a programmer to create a program that functions similar to the one found over at [[login to view URL]][1]
The main purpose of the program will be to
#1- Allow the user to upload a set of keywords (either via a text file upload or by cutting and pasting the set of key words
#2- The program will then search for Twitter users whose tweets include any of the key words and set your twitter account to follow those users.
We want to be able to control the following settings
A- Maximum number of people to find and follow within a 24 hour period.. So if we set it to 100, the program would follow 1 person every 14.4 minutes. That’s 100 divided by 24 x 60 minutes (Twitter will shut down accounts that follow to many people within a very short period of time, so this function is to prevent the user’s Twitter account from getting shutdown,.)
B- An area where we would add the user name / password for the Twitter account that the new followers will be added to
This script will be for personal use, so I am not concerned with making it look pretty, I just want it ti work well
