Create Online Database and web app

I would like to build a web app and database that would keep track of friend data for the many different myspace accounts that I manage for the purpose of promoting different music projects. The database would keep track of the progress of street team members, who would upload their work every day. The web app would compile lists of potential fans and save their demographic and location information, using either the browse function in MySpace or compiling a list from another targeted friend list. It would then post these lists up to a website so that that street team members can download the lists, and target those people in their promotion efforts. When the street team members have finished their tasks, they would then upload the log of their work back up to our database, so that the effectiveness of their tasks can be tracked. The web app should also sample the accounts daily to determine which friends have been added to the accounts, which have dropped off, and add that information to the database. There will be jobs for the street teamers scheduled daily and posted up by the web app. For example, "message thank yous to all friends who added Jan 30." The street teamers would download that list and message those friendids with the message indicated. Or, "send comments to all friends who added yesterday". The street team would complete these tasks and upload their logs to mark work completed. NOTE: This project does not send SPAM. Messages that are sent are sent to an opt-in friend list. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
