Convert Access Data to SQL 2000

I have an Access 2K application. Currently the data are in Access MDBs. I want to port the Data to MS SQL 2000 server. And for now leave my existing Access application as is, but instead of the Data residing in the MDB the MDB will point (link) to SQL Server.
Here is what I need done:
1. Convert the data to SQL Server.
2. Enable the Access MDB to link to the SQL Server/Converted Data files.
3. I can send you example Data for you to test, etc., but not the Actual Data (too big, and constantly changing). So what I need is a script or something like that with instructions so that I can do this here.
4. There are about 45-50 tables.
5. I might need some support.
The MS SQL is running on a Win server, on a Novel network.
Please state price, and time frame.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
