Content Management System

My project is a Web Site - Content Management System for the car industry. Preferably coded using PHP and MySQL. Also client software that can run on a client’s desktop from a remote location to update the site. The business model is to promote the main website and car dealers could become members. When they become members they will get the client software by download or CD (the client software must be simple and easy to use). This software will allow the dealer to input pictures of the vehicle, make, model, color, mileage etc. Then click a submit button to post his content to the main site Please note that I would like the car dealers to use the desktop software and not a web interface. The CMS will have a search facility to search cars for sale by any criteria including dealer and location.
