Complete Redesign of current web site

I require a complete redesign and rebirth of my current web site SnyderHealth.com. The work required will incorporate a completely new design, a new shopping cart system, and new "look and feel" and the addition of certain other design features that will be discussed further. Simply put, the site needs to go from the caterpillar to the butterfly - a complete redesign and overall of features and shopping experience. ## Deliverables My web site, which has served me well for years and years, is now out of touch with the newest online web technology. It requires a tremendous amount of wasted time to make changes or additions, and is not as user friendly as I would like it to be. Although we have done well on search sites for many of our keywords, we have not captured top spot for the most important of those, which is “water ionizer??. This is the heart and soul of our business… and we need to do better for this search result. And, the online store does have enough “call to action??. Visitors seem to do searches, go to our web site to take a look, and then leave without making a purchase. It could be the product layout, it could be that the buy buttons are not big enough… whatever it is, it has to reconciled. We certainly get an adequate amount of sales, but certainly not as many as we actually SHOULD get. This is where your company comes in. I need a company that can be creative in design… a web site’s look and feel can make or break an initial “contact?? with a visitor. Designing the site needs the work of a web “artist??. I need the site to function as one dynamic entity… unlike the current situation in which the main info site and the store site act quite separately. The site must be one giant organism. I need more visitor interaction and the creation of an online community within our site as much as can be done. This is certainly not a community web site, but it must have some features of a community ??" and give the visitor a reason to come back to us from time to time. I need a new look… a new design - the creation of a logo, branding, etc. Your company needs to handle most of the transition of current info (articles, products, etc) to the new site, as I do not have any time to spare right now. I also need you to transfer the entire current customer and purchase history as best as possible. If it is in the database, and it has anything to do with previous purchases, address book info for the customer, data, etc. it needs to be transferred to the new site. I rely heavily on looking at past info, so I need to continue to be able to do that. I need to be able to approve things, step by step. I need to be able to look at something you’ve done, and then add comments or changes ??" so that when it is done, it is DONE. lol Your company has to make sure that the site is complete and operational before it can be launched. All functionality must be tested. If there is anything that is found later on to be malfunctioning I need to communicate that to you guys and have you make the fixes within a reasonable time (there is always SOMETHING that is a mistake). I want to be able to look at my site and say, “now that’s EXACTLY what I wanted!?? ??" I want to be so glad I called you guys to do this. Everything else I want is in the details…..
