CSS document review for dynamic panel repositioning in the screen

We have a auto home page generation service with creates it depending on which services a portal owner has active in his portal. Actually panels for each service are placed with a CSS document with absolute positioning. We need a new CSS document for this same HTML auto generated page that would make panels reorganice correctly and, importante, have a decent repositioning when portal owner activates o deactivates any service. ## Deliverables

a CSS document we will test with a auto generated page (supplied). This page(s) can have just a couple of services (news, related links) or a full range of active services as shown in the supplied HTML page.

## Platform

CSS to be tested in Explorer, Netscape and Safari. Windows, Linux and MacOS.
