Bilinguial Entertainment Website with Shopping Cart

Full design and implementation of a bilingual website for a television station: - We expect the site to intially have about 10 pages plus the required pages for the shopping cart - Home page should display the summary of the television programs, links to latest news, an embedded media player to show video clips, and other links to the other pages of the site - the site will have 2 languages: English and a middle eastern language (writing from right to left). Users can select their language by clicking on a button on the navigation menu. Each page of the site should be designed in two versions: one to include English language and the other for middle eastern language. - One of the pages of the site will display the daily and/or weekly Television program schedules. Therefore, a easy-to-use graphical layout is needed so that users can easily find their programs within the 24 hour schedule of the television station. - System should have easy to use Admin pages so that Admin personnel can easily update site pages. There should be a specific admin control panel to allow easy publishing of the TV program schedules. For example, the Admin panel will list the available TV programs, a brief descritpion of the program, a photo logo of the program and the program's length. The Admin user should be able to simply select the order of the TV programs for each day (by either drag and drop or other user friendly methods) - We need a fully programmed shopping cart to allow sale of various items, including CDs, books, DVDs, gifts, etc. The shopping cart should also allow for the payment of donations by users. - The site should have a member database allowing for new users to register Free to receive news updates, etc. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform The website will be hosted on a public ISP such as [login to view URL] or other ISPs like that. Will need to find out the exact operating system, but most probably windoes 2000. ## Deadline information We need the developers to connect the site's Shopping Cart to the e-commerce system of our choice which will be a typical e-comm system in the U.S.
